Decent features, some small issues

We signed up for CloudTalk, mainly for the Smart Dialer and the HubSpot Integration. The dialer worked as advertised, and it definitely helped our sales team make more calls efficiently. Integrating with HubSpot was straightforward, which was a big plus for our workflow. However, the mobile app, while functional for basic calls, felt a bit clunky compared to the desktop version. We also had a brief hiccup with call quality on one specific international number, but it resolved itself after a day. Customer support was responsive when I inquired about it, which was reassuring. Good value for the features, but the mobile app could use some polish.

Awesome IVR and CRM link-up!

Seriously impressed with CloudTalk! We got the Cloud Call Center Software and it's been a game changer. The IVR setup was so simple and works perfectly, guiding callers to the right department. And the Salesforce Integration? Flawless! Our team loves how everything syncs up, saving so much time. We're definitely sticking with them and I've already told a few friends in sales to check it out. You guys rock!

Good for call center stuff

I tried out the Cloud Call Center Software for a bit. It was pretty easy to get the hang of for basic call routing and all that. The setup was quicker than I thought, which was nice. Had a little trouble finding the call recording settings at first, but figured it out. Overall, it worked well for what we needed.

Thinking of switching our sales team to CloudTalk. How easy is it to port our existing phone numbers over? Don't want a huge disruption.

B Ben Robinson 5 days ago
I did this last year, it was pretty straightforward actually. They have a process for it, just takes a few days once you get them all the info.

Yeah, I remember it being fairly painless. Just make sure you have all your account details from your current provider ready to go, makes it faster.

I'm looking at CloudTalk vs Aircall for my customer service team. Anyone have experience with both and can tell me the main differences or what made them choose CloudTalk?

A Alex D. 1 month ago
We actually switched from Aircall to CloudTalk. For us, CloudTalk's AI features and the power dialer were way better for our outbound sales. Aircall was fine but felt a bit more basic.

I've only used CloudTalk, but from what I hear, CloudTalk tends to have more advanced automation and AI stuff. Aircall is solid but maybe not as feature-rich if you need that extra layer.

My company uses HubSpot for CRM. Does CloudTalk integrate well with it? Need to make sure everything syncs up properly.

P Patricia Scott 2 weeks ago
Totally. It has a native HubSpot integration. We use it and call logs, contact info, all syncs up automatically. Makes a huge difference.

Yeah, HubSpot is one of the main ones they integrate with. Should be fine, mine works smoothly.

Is there any way to get a discount on CloudTalk? I saw something about annual plans but wondering if there are any other codes out there.

M Mary Allen 1 month ago
You usually get a decent chunk off (like 20-30%) if you pay annually instead of monthly. That's the most common one.

Promo codes are pretty rare, I think they mostly do the 14-day free trial. Sometimes they have Black Friday stuff or if you're a startup, you can apply for that program, but general codes, not so much afaik.

Does anyone know if CloudTalk has a mobile app? My reps are always on the go and need to be able to make calls from their phones.

A Alex C. 1 week ago
Yep, there's a mobile app for both iOS and Android. My team uses it all the time for calls when they're out of the office.

Confirmed, there is. I've used it on my iPhone, works pretty well for making calls and checking stats.
